She worked full time as an ASL Interpreter for several years in a VRS and community setting, but now has stepped into a part time interpreting role, after the birth of her son. Kara enjoys coordinating workshops for ASL OWL to provide interpreters with the necessary resources to sharpen their skills and provide exceptional access for the Deaf community. Kara lives in Central PA with her husband and baby.</image:title>

He has been active in the Interpreting field for over 25 years. His preference and proficient field of interpreting is both Education and Religious Interpreting. He received his Doctorate degree from the North Carolina College of Theology in Wilmington, North Carolina in Religious and Biblical Studies He currently resides in Jacksonville ,NC with Wife, Phyllis E. Smith He and his wife are the CEO/Founders of “Abundance of Soul &amp; Living Services” (ASOL Services) a Non Profit Organization which focuses on Deaf Advocacy, and Interpreter Support in the areas of Education, Health, Social, and Religion. Their Mission is to build the “Mind, Body, Soul, and Spirit of Man”.</image:caption>
